This is a popular vegetable that does a great job in fighting candida. It is hard to consume but luckily if you can tolerate a single clove, you will be making yourself a rapid recovery against candida issues. You can chop them and perhaps include it in your diet or have it directly, whichever is more suited for your need. - Almonds
Almonds are a great source of protein and they have great properties against bacteria, especially candida. It is a well-known ingredient for prebiotic properties and definitely increases the levels of beneficial gut bacteria. - Cayenne pepper
The cayenne pepper has been a choice of the old times when other alternatives were hard to find. You can always conveniently use these in your diet and it will steadily fight you candida condition. It also improves metabolism which makes it a two-pronged approach against eliminated excess candida in your body.
